01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the bet633 platform in any manner — including creating an account, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, or accessing any promotional content — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

By continuing to use bet633 after any revision of these terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised version in full.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these terms, and by accepting these terms you are doing so both on your own behalf and on behalf of that third party.

02Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any services on bet633. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. bet633 enforces this requirement through mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. Where applicable, all deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting and gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. bet633 does not offer services in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that it is lawful for you to participate in online betting and casino activities.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold one and only one registered account on bet633. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bet633 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts without prior notice.

2.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

03Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bet633 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bet633 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately via the contact details provided in Section 13. bet633 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security concerns.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bet633 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, subject to applicable law. You will be notified prior to any such deductions. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after 24 months of inactivity.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your bet633 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC compliance.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bet633 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrency options. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bet633 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the cashier section of your bet633 account and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment source.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 business days, subject to successful KYC verification. bet633 processes withdrawals exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of our financial systems. Exceptions may be made at bet633's sole discretion where the original payment method is unavailable.

4.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your bet633 account, you warrant that the funds are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method being used. bet633 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.

05Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the bet633 platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and odds before confirming. bet633 is not liable for bets placed in error. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

5.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on bet633 are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked in and will not be altered. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time in response to live match events. bet633 reserves the right to void bets placed on suspended markets where confirmation was received during the suspension window.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; the market is declared void by the governing sports body; a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed; or fraudulent activity is detected in connection with the event or the account placing the bet.

5.4 Casino and Card Games

All casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, Teen Patti Joker sessions, and Pool Rummy games are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing. bet633 does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.5 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session or a live betting market, bet633 reserves the right to void the affected round or market and return stakes to players. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period are not payable. Players experiencing technical issues should contact support immediately with relevant screenshots or session details.

06Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by bet633 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins or bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or to the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the relevant promotion. Conduct deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, coordination between multiple accounts, or the creation of duplicate accounts to claim bonuses — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

Promotions are open to verified, eligible account holders unless otherwise stated. bet633 reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotion at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with one another unless explicitly stated. bet633 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bet633 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one account, either alone or in coordination with another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;

• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds;
• Laundering money or using the platform for any financially illegal purpose;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the bet633 platform or its content without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bet633's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet633, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

bet633 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your total and maximum financial claim against bet633 for any dispute arising from a single event or transaction shall not exceed the amount of the stake placed in connection with that specific transaction.

11Amendments & Termination

11.1 Amendments

11.2 Termination by bet633

Upon termination for cause, bet633 may forfeit any balance held in your account.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the bet633 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect following termination.

12Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed gaming operators. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as determined by bet633's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bet633 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm. Players who are residents of specific jurisdictions may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws, which are not affected by this clause.
